Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Rachael. I’ve almost never been without an animal. I’ve had many dogs throughout my life but have now settled with two rescue cats! I’ve been working with Rover for a few years now. Just moved to Houston, so still getting used to the area. Dog sitting has helped with that! I like walking with dogs especially when it’s nice outside. I do live in an apartment but I don’t like being cooped up. Any excuse to get a outside! Can’t wait to meet your furry friend!

Rachel was a last minute booking after our original dog sitter couldn’t. She was great! She came over to meet us and our boys with very little notice. While we were gone she sent photos. The boys were well taken care of!
Rachael did amazing with our fur baby. She was punctual and sent me videos and pictures of duke.
She was very reliable and our dog loved her. Will definitely book again.

I can easily crate your dog if needed but am totally fine with them running around being dogs. Fenced in yards are really great but long walks can be beneficial.

A typical day
Walks are my specialty. Playtime with snacks and napping. Most Dogs don’t truly require a lot. I will sit around on my computer most of the time and play/feed/walk when scheduled or necessary.

Currently I am unemployed and only working through rover. I take online classes to keep me busy everyday. I don’t see myself going back into an office anytime soon.
