I am Rachael's parent. We got a new puppy when Rachael was 14. She spent her summer training the dog and I think that she has been our most well trained dog. Rachael has been watching dogs for the past 8 years for many families. She does a wonderful job and is very conscientious about her responsibilities. She spends more time than expected with the dogs she cares for because she doesn't want them to be lonely. She has also been an employee at a produce farm for the past three years and not only tends to the dogs on the farm but has gained responsibility for the animals there. There has never been a dog that she doesn't love.
