I would discourage using Rachael. She has no work ethics. I am visiting in Pittsburgh for a month. Had lots of plans made with friends and family. I had been researching Rover weeks before my visit and found Rachael. I initially booked her for three days. Everything was fine for my dog's first stay with Rachael. I decided to ask if she was available more days. She did not hesitate in agreeing, so I booked 4 more days. The second time she was to watch my dog I got a text at 3am that she had a family emergency and was not available that day. Things happen and I understand that but when I sent a text later that day, she never responded. I sent another the next day asking if I should try to locate another sitter. She still has never responded after 3 days. Obviously, she is not someone to rely on.

Hello! Rachael is such an amazing person. She is so good with animals. She has taken care of my Lab and Golden Retriever and they really love her. My Lab is blind and Rachael takes extra care with her. She is also very polite and always on time. As a pet owner herself, I know she really does care for animals. I would recommend her to anyone who needs their animals walked.
