Hi! I have a pup of my own who's an Australian Sheperd/Great Pyrenees. Lulu is super friendly and loves all dogs and humans, and has never had any issues with another pup. I have been dog sitting for years and have been dog sitting through Rover consistently for at least 3 years. I started dog sitting when Lulu was 5 months old, so she has been accustomed to all types of dogs. A bunch of dogs we met through rover have now become her best friends. We live in a quiet neighborhood and we have a fenced yard (mostly 6 feet but it's 4.5 feet in some areas - so no escape artists!). We have friends and family who occasionally visit with dogs, so we prefer well-behaved pups that are friendly with other pups and people. Pet photographyy is one of my hobbies, so you'll be happy to get tons of cute photos and videos. I also have experience with older dogs and administering certain medications. Rach was awesome with Bella and very communicative! We had photos and videos every day, and knew she was in great hands while we were gone. Bella loved playing with Lulu and it was a great stay!

Rach has looked after Charlie for us multiple times and she is wonderful. She is prompt with her responses, sends tons of adorable pics of Charlie, and is extremely flexible. We’ve used Rover for years and it can be difficult to find trusting sitters. We always feel Charlie is safe and well taken care of when he is with Rach. If you are looking to leave your dog in good hands, we highly recommend any services with Rach!

Lulu is the queen of our house and your pup will be treated the same! I have always loved pets and will make sure your pup feels at home. I always ask the owner to bring some toys/clothes that will remind them of home. If this is your first time having your dog stay at another house, I like to recommend a one-night stay with me before you go out of town. This way you'll be around and we can see how your pup does. I have never had any issues so this is mostly for your peace of mind.

Please tell me everything about your dog, which will set your pup and me up for success. Let me know about any aggression triggers (food, toys, space, etc) and any reasons why your pup should not be able to freely roam the house. I do not accept aggressive dogs or dogs that are not potty trained, sorry. I am open to crating your dog because they enjoy their safe space but do not want to crate because they're destructive. Just be open and honest and they will have a wonderful stay!
A typical day
I like to plan activities based on your dog! If your pup likes to play with dogs, then Lulu will be their best friend. If they want to cuddle on the couch, then I'll be their best friend. I like to make sure each visit is customized for your pup. We live in the Ralston Creek area and there are tons of trails and parks we can walk to.
