Communication with Raebecca was very poor. The profile for my dog included that my dog did not do well with large dogs and during our meet and greet, I mentioned that my dog did not do well with other dogs and to please avoid areas such as dog parks where other dogs would be present. Raebecca failed to mention that she was dog sitting at least 3 large dogs at the same time as my dog. I only learned of this when I was provided an update that my dog was scared of a different dog she was boarding halfway through my trip. I wish Raebecca would have provided me with the information that she would be dog sitting multiple dogs at the same time before my trip. When I tried to schedule the pick up of my dog, I did not receive a response from Raebecca for over a day and half and very close to my arrival home (same day). This was stressful as I wanted to remove my dog from a situation she was clearly uncomfortable in.

Rabecca was great with our doggie and is overall top notch! She sent regular photo check ins and even took our dog to her church’s summer camp, which our dog LOVED. We’d happily hire Rabecca again to watch our pets.
