We were pleased with Quinn's care of our two dogs. It was short notice and she was great about booking the sitting, but then there was some confusion about the times. She initially asked us to delay the drop off and then had someone else watch them at her house when we arrived to pick them up. It all worked out, but would have liked to have been asked at the time of the booking. Also, we sought a home without other pets and we arrived to find two other dogs there. They all got along great, so it wasn't a problem, but again would have liked to have known ahead of time. We felt confident the dogs were well cared for, so all is well, but it wasn't well communicated; which caused us some unnecessary stress.
