Hello! My name is Quinn, I’ve been in the animal field for 5 years. I started my career on rover and realized I had a passion for working with animals, I then went on to work for My Dog Hikes and became their city manager, lead walker, puppy trainer and pet sitter. I love getting to work with animals and am now a veterinary receptionist so I can further my education on how to best attend to your pets needs. My dream in life is to open my own dog hiking company so it’s important to me that I learn all parts of the field. I’m certified in Pet First Aid and CPR as well as Fear Free Certification which was provided at my job, the certification is based on animal behavior and medications. Please feel free to check out my instagram where I post pictures and educate others within the field (quinnmcclain03) as of right now I am available Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday for walks and everyday for pet sitting.

Quinn took great care of my fur babies, I highly recommend her. She is kind, trustworthy and she loves my babies! They adore her as well. I work 14 hour shifts sometimes and I can always depend on Quinn when I need help and even at the last minute I can breathe just knowing she will be there for my dogs. Building trust is important for both the animal and their owner, based on the animals behavior I will engage with them in a different way to ensure trust is built as well as utilizing positive reinforcement. While pet sitting for dogs I will take them on 4 walks, three 30 minute walks and a 1 hour walk. At the end of my day I will send a lengthy report including many photos of your pet :)

I have a whole box of toys I use to keep your dogs engaged, especially if they’re hyperactive, I also will find a nearby park to take them to and will use training tactics based on the dogs needs
