I have accumulated more than 10 years of dog walking and pet sitting experience. I began my work with animals as a trainer for aggressive and hyperactive dogs at my local humane society. From then on, I earned a reputation in my town as the "dog whisperer" which resulted in many requests for pet and house sitting. I became well trusted within my small community and acquired over one dozen regular clients. After moving to the DMV area in 2014 I continued my animal care services through Rover. I have experience taking care of animals in all shapes and sizes ranging from carnivorous plants, to tropical birds, to horses. During my undergrad I worked part-time at a doggy-daycare, providing care to up to 60 dogs at a time. I have experience with older, high needs pets and am certified in pet-CPR. I have been on a hiatus from pet sitting since 2019 due to finishing up school, however I am now working remotely full-time which means I can spend more time ensuring proper attention to your pets.
