Pet care experience
I’ve saved and adopted dogs and cats and given them a safe home. As a responsible and loving pawrent, my pets’ health is very high on my priority. I’ve calmly handled medical emergency when my dog collapsed by learning how to perform CPR via video, at the crucial moment. I am very hands-on in caring for my pets and ensure they get my attention daily through playtime. I’ve witnessed how playing with my cats builds strong bonds. I’m a believer of spending quality time with pets. I would want to know how my clients play with their pets and would give similar attention when I care for them.

Quin was fantastic! She sent a bunch of pictures and videos. My cats got along with her very well, and they played with them each visit. I have years of house and pet sitting experience, and I could tell Quin would be a good fit right away.
Quin was absolutely amazing with our cat! We always get worried when we go out of town because our cat can be really high anxiety, but Quin took great care of her along with administering her meds! It was so nice not having to worry about Peppercorn while we were gone. We could tell she was in good hands!

I’d like to learn the whats and hows that make your pets happy and safe. I’d love for you to share these and anything else that you wish: 1) Manner of interactions - Commands understood, Tone of voice, Reaction towards unfamiliar person 2) Games/play - Favorite toys, Specific play activities 3) Specific handlings - Quirks, Physical sensitivity, Triggers 4) Existing medical condition, if any 5) Fleas and ticks prevention update 6) Vet contact Seeing that the time spent with your fur babies is limited during a drop in, I want to ensure the attention and care I render them are on point and as they truly need.
A typical day
If I learned from the dog parent their fav play time activity, I’d like to spend my time doing just that. Observing the pet’s most worn out toys also would give me an idea how they would enjoy best. I would love to play Fetch, Tug and Hide and Seek with them if safe to do so. Nothing bonds a new human to a receptive dog more than quality fun times together.

I work part-time as a Cook. Starting out as a pet sitter is a very deliberate choice because I intend to create a satisfying work life doing what I love best - caring for animals and cooking delicious meals!
