Pet care experience
I have over 15 years of experience caring for dogs of every kind. As a child, neighbors relied on me to walk their dogs, and I learned to care for dogs that ranged from 1 year old St. Bernard to 15 year old maltipoos. In high school, after years of begging my parents, we finally adopted a pup of our own - a 3 year old sheltie named Joy! She's now 14 years old and continues to be the center of attention in our family. Taking care of Joy taught me how to care for senior dogs with special health needs.
Reviews
Queris did a wonderful job watching Scout! From all the pictures it looks like Scout was having a blast with her dog! I would definitely recommend booking with Queris again.
Our pup's stay with Queris was great. She was extremely accommodating and super friendly with Maple. Maple is only 1, very high energy and quite barky. Queris gave her lots of exercise and was sweet about needing to manage the energy and barking, and her dog seemed very chill about sharing her!
Queris was great! We booked a week out, and her communication was clear and kind. My one-year old Aussie/Collie mix was with her for a full day – and looked so happy in all her photos! She was in a great mood when I picked her up. Would happily book again! Thanks, Queris!
Our pup Zak had a great day! Queris was very responsive and provided regular updates throughout the day. Great with communication and a welcoming home environment.

We live in an apartment complex with fenced yards and ample green space where your pup can play. We have baby fences and can section off a certain area for your pup if you'd like. We can also crate your pup if preferred. Sala, my mini Bernese Mountain Dog, is very sweet and mellow and will keep your pup company during his / her stay!

Information Queris A. would like to know about your pet
Let me know of any special care instructions for your dog (e.g., feeding, pee/poop schedule, sleep habits, etc.) so I can make sure he / she is happy and comfortable during his / her stay with me :) Lastly, a few things to consider before you request a booking with me. I can only take dogs that are: 1) spayed / neutered, 2) friendly with other dogs, 3) house trained, and 4) does not need to sleep in the same bed as me (same room is fine).
A typical day
When dogsitting, I’ll treat your dog the same way I treat mine, and that means lots of walks, play time, and cuddles! My neighborhood is very green and quiet and has a variety of terrain (grass, pavement, dirt, etc.) and smells that dogs love to explore. And of course, if you prefer your dog has a more chill / relaxed time indoors, I will provide that too as many owners often request that for their older / special needs dogs.

My fiancé and I recently moved to Boston with our mini Bernese Mountain Dog, Sala. During the week, I work from home 100% of the time and my fiancé (a grad student) has class for only 3 hours each day, so we have plenty of time to care for and play with your pup! During the weekend, we generally stay at home, Netflix, and cook. We block off time with friends and family from our pet care calendar, so if it's available, rest assured that we'll spend that time caring for your pet!
