QY really went above and beyond while taking care of my dog during boarding. He is very experienced and my dog was super calm with him as opposed to him being with other owners. I enjoyed the cadence of his updates and it helped calmed my mind knowing that my dog is in good hands constantly ! QY also made home made chicken breast and engage with my dog in learning how to play dead and roll too ! Big thanks to QY for the care

I cannot praise them enough for the incredible service they provided for my beloved Maltese, Cookie. From the moment we stepped through the door, it was a place filled with genuine love and care for our furry friends. The love for Cookie is nothing short of exceptional. They greeted Cookie with warmth and enthusiasm, immediately putting both of us at ease. Throughout the day, they provided constant updates on Cookie's activities and even sent adorable pictures of her playing with other dogs, which reassured me that she was in good hands. The flat is clean, safe, and equipped with everything a dog could need for a fun-filled day. Cookie came home tired but happy, and I could tell she had a fantastic time. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any pet owner seeking a trustworthy and loving environment for their furry family members.
