I can't say enough good things about Qinyi! Even before the dog sitting began, she went above and beyond to ensure everything would go smoothly. She organized a meet-up between her furry baby and Merlot at the local park, followed by a house visit to make sure all the pups would get along. This vetting process gave me peace of mind. During Merlot's five-day stay, Qinyi kept me updated with pictures, videos, and updates every day. It meant the world to me to know that Merlot was happy and well taken care of. Qinyi also showed incredible flexibility when I needed to extend Merlot's stay by a night at the last minute. Her willingness to accommodate changes made all the difference. Thanks to Qinyi's excellent care, I now feel confident booking future getaways knowing that Merlot will be in great hands with her and her furry babies. Highly recommend!

Qinyi was so amazing and caring with our new puppy! Our Wally boy had the best time playing with all her doggies and she has the best set up for dog boarding. Qinyi was so great with updating us on our pup and sent the best videos and pics - would definitely use her again!
