Qimei and her husband have been so accommodating for our 2 dogs during a short trip that required us to leave town. They have such a vast yard that allows the dogs to run around and they sent at least 2-3 videos updating us on how they’re doing everyday. They were respectful with one of our dog’s dietary needs and preferences. We also had a significant delay in our flight home which required us to delay our pick up time to the following morning, and Qimei was so responsive and understanding. We would certainly have our dogs return to their home for boarding!
