Pet care experience
I have always enjoyed spending time with pets since I was little! I have a chihuahua-Pomeranian mix myself, whom I raised and trained since she was a puppy! I have been cat/dog sitting for friends for 3 years. I’m flexible, well-trusted, and make effort to understand the needs of our fluffy friends. Pets are very comfortable around me and people say I take pet sitting to a different level!

For house sitting I would like to meet up with the owner in person at their place first and get to know them and their pets. I keep the house clean and tidy, and interact with the pet often enough so that he/she feels safe and gets attention from me. I also brush furs and/or give a shower/bath if requested by the owner.

I would like to meet up with the dog and owner first and get to know the dog as introduced by its/their owners, in this way, it is easier to develop trust. I would also need to know special requirements (if any)
A typical day
I would take the dogs on walks along the canal and/or local parks. if the dog is high-demand I would normally run and/or cycle with them. I like visiting parks and play games with dogs in a safe area.

I am working full time as a research scientist in the University of Oxford. - Free to dog walk early in the morning (6-8am) or after work (6pm onwards) during weekdays, and anytime over the weekend/holidays. - House sitting is generally flexible if had given enough notice beforehand. - Drop-in Visits are generally flexible.
