I have walked dogs of many sizes and personalities for family and friends over the years, and I have had over a year of experience with pet care through pet care apps. I have walked pups of all ages, from puppies to seniors. I have experience with dogs who pull, and I am able to speed walk or run with energetic dogs. Many walks over the years have taught me the importance of preparedness (bringing water and a bowl on hot days, always having an extra poo bag) as well as listening to pet body language and behavior. My priorities are your pet’s needs, joy, and comfort.

Please let me know about any of your dog’s preferences and triggers ahead of time! Being aware of triggers like other dogs, squirrels, skateboards, whatever they may be, helps me know what to look out for during the walk. Safety is essential! I also like to know if your pup has any preferences! Is there a specific place where they prefer to go poo? Do they love to take breaks to roll around in shady grass? Whatever it may be, let me know so I can help your pup enjoy their outing as much as possible!
A typical day
My walk style can depend on the pup’s temperament and abilities. I personally love hiking, so I always try to get dogs on grass and into nature if possible. I always allow plenty of time to sniff around and explore, and I do pay attention to make sure they aren’t eating anything off the ground, etc. I don’t mind walks in the rain, sunshine, snow, you name it! For higher-energy dogs, I sometimes run a few sprints with them mid-walk to get their energy out before returning home.

Currently, my schedule varies from week to week, so I am very flexible! I love animals and being outside, so caring for pets is always something I look forward to. I find it easy to compromise and I always communicate with pet owners to determine the booking that works best.
