She is a very personable but the service was not very good. First, she misread the dates and couldn’t watch my Rousey until the next day was a major problem but agreement had already been booked. Then she asked if she has been crated and now I realize that she just criated her. Lastly she only gave specific windows to drop and pick up. It’s Saturday and looks my dog was left home alone in the crate most of the day. I will not rebook.

I had a great experience and so did my dog Bambi. Very friendly and took excellent care of my dog. She answered quickly every time I inquired how Bambi was doing. I would use Priscilla again when my dog needs boarding because I know she will get TLC.
