I do live in an apartment but I am able to take your fur baby out frequently. There is also a dog park at my apartment complex that is fenced. I have a wonderful dog who loves to play especially when he gets to know the other animal. I do have a 16 month old baby girl that is with me 90% of the time so your animal would need to be good with kids. She also loooves animals she has grown up with a dog and cat so far! If they aren’t a fan of children there could be a chance I don’t have her the time you need some help with your fur babies:)
