Preethu was great from the early communication/booking until pick up. Lia loved her stay and came home a very happy puppy! I appreciated the updates with photo and video as it made me feel comfortable leaving my furbaby overnight. Will definitely rebook with Preethu :)

As first time users of Rover we were quite unsure as to how Ryles's first sitting would go. It was all the more worrisome for us as Rylee is only a 11 week old puppy. When we contacted Preethu, from the very beginning, she made us feel relaxed and took every effort to make Rylee feel welcome at her home. She was always prompt and friendly and answered each and every question that we had, so much so that we were looking forward to the meetup to see if Rylee would be ok with Kaizy - her dog. She updated us on how Rylee was doing almost every hour and sent pictures and videos as well. She took all these extra steps to make sure we had the peace of mind to know that our little Rylee was doing ok. Preethu and her family are true dog lovers and we would reccomend them wholeheartedly to anyone. I for one would be a definite repeat customer as we are sure she would look after Rylee in the same way my wife and I would. P.s. Kaizy is a sweetheart and Rylee seemed to look up to her as a big sister.
