So glad Poulette and Jennifer could accommodate our dogs who are reactive but did very well staying with them. We got updates and appreciated the great communication. Dogs were happy with the outdoor time too!

We were very disappointed for our first time using this service. I didn't know that the sitter had made plans to go out of town which made us worry about our dog adjusting to 2 houses in a short period of time over the weekend. I arrived by the time I said only to be met at the door and rushed as she handed me my dog on a leash and all his belongings including his bed and that's not how I dropped him off. I also had to go back and get his food before she left her home. There were also large barking dogs in home which impacted my dog days later. I appreciate that she was available but I would not choose the same sitter in the future and it was not a good experience for my dog.
