I have loved dogs since a very early age and have always been obsessed with family and friends dogs. I have experience looking after puppies as well as full grown dogs, regularly looking after friend’s and family’s pets and welcoming them to my home with cuddles and lots of play time. I currently have an 4.5 year old cockapoo called Percy who is an absolute joy and would either walk your dog with or without Percy depending on your dog’s preference. I love going for long walks along the beach or the local parks and will ensure your dog has a good run around . I can also help with any training needs you have and will always stick to rules you have set for your dog. I would be happy to meet you somewhere more convenient if you need just call me beforehand. Before booking I think it would be best to meet up beforehand so I can understand your dog’s needs and introduce myself so you and your dog feel comfortable. Poppy was absolutely faultless and made our first experience with Rover (and our first time leaving our pup) as stress free as possible. She sent lots of great photos arrived on time and came round to meet us before hand. Even from the one experience it is clear Poppy is incredibly trustworthy Couldn't recommend her more!
Poppy was the exact dog sitter we were looking for. She met us beforehand with her dog Percy. She instantly put us at ease and answered all the questions we had. Archie is a nervous, vocal dog and she was great with him. Kept us updated throughout the evening and was always very easy to contact. Archie was very well looked after and we would not hesitate to use Poppy again/recommend her to anyone.
Poppy was a wonderful sitter for Oscar. He had the best time with her and Percy and looked forward to going back later in the week. Poppy sent us many updates which made us feel a lot better as it was the first time leaving Oscar with someone other than family. She also went out the way to help us with logistics and kindly dropped him back where we were staying, which was a massive help. Thank you so much Poppy for taking such good care of Oscar.
Poppy was so brilliant with our slightly anxious cockapoo. We had a lovely walk together with her gorgeous pup Percy before she looked after him, and she really took the time to find out about Otis...what he liked/ didn't like. This was the first time Otis had been away from us in 4 months due to lockdown and he does struggle with separation anxiety alongside being slightly nervous of new people, however Poppy put my mind completely at ease and I instantly knew he was in the best hands. She sent pictures of Otis throughout the day and updated me so I knew he was doing OK. I would absolutely book Poppy (and Percy) again without hesitation.
