Have a stress-free vacation while your furbaby vacations with me! Hi! My name is Poorva. I’ve had pets (cats and dogs) for as long as I can remember! I volunteered for Austin Pets Alive for a few years when I first moved to Austin. We have a 7 yr old Lab mix, Marvin, who he is very friendly and easy going! Our 4 year old toddler loves dogs just as much as we do! I like to give back to the community by donating to animal rescues that give a second chance and a loving home to neglected and abused animals. So when you choose me for your pup's boarding/daycare needs, you also contribute to this great cause!!

Poorva took great care of our puppy Simba. We received regular updates and pictures. Simba enjoyed his evening walks and play time with Marvin during his stay. Definitely recommend booking with her.

When your fur-baby is in our care, they will be showered with cuddles and belly rubs! We take only one dog at a time so your pup will get personal attention and care. We live in a home with a fenced-in backyard that they will have access to at all times. Your pup will get plenty of play time and a good night’s sleep. I'll have the dogs (mine and yours) sleep in different areas and feed them separately. I can give the flea/heartworm medication if needed. Rest assured, your pup will be in the best possible care, and you will get regular updates and pictures throughout their stay! Looking forward to meet you and your pup!

A meet and greet is required before confirming your request, if it’s your dog’s first stay with me. I request the vaccinations records and documentation for flea/heartworm prevention from all dogs that stay with me. I'd like to know their daily schedule, any diet restrictions and where they like to sleep. For a long stay I prefer the dogs to be crate trained or comfortable with baby gates. I have a toddler, so it's important that your pup does well with young children.
A typical day
Your furbaby will get plenty of attention, cuddles and belly-rubs during their stay with us! I work from home so I'll be home all day with them. We live in a home with a fenced-in backyard that they will have access to at all times. I'll play fetch, tug-of-war or your pup's any other favorite game. My dog would love to have a furriend to play with! My preferred drop-off/pickup times are between 8.30am to 8pm, but I'm happy to work with you if you need drop-off/pickup outside of this window. Daycare is 12 hrs max. Please pick a max of 2 hour window for drop-off/pickup when sending the request.

My husband and I both work from home and Marvin loves hanging out by me all day! We enjoy playing fetch, tug-of-war and cuddle with furbabies. But most importantly we provide them a cozy loving home while you're away!
