If I could give Polly zero stars, I so would. I guess I was fooled by all the other positive reviews but I can't help but to think that if an actual competent pet sitter watched my sickly, elderly cat, I might not have to go put her down today. Yes, I realize my cats on borrowed time but it doesn't help her if the pet sitter puts her wet food (with all her medications) in a bowl that was too deep for my cat to reach her food. So she went 5 days without her medication, went downhill fast and now it's time to put her down. Polly doesn't have the common sense to TELL the pet owner that she is not eating her wet food that includes her medications. She also doesn't have the commons sense to put the actual food in her food bowl. I should have gone with my gut and not hired her. Rover.com needs to vet their sitters better.

Polly did an awesome job caring for my three senior kitties. She is kind and caring, and communicated well with photos and videos. Thank you Polly!!
