My family and I will spoil your dog! We are a loving household in a quiet neighborhood with a fully fenced in large backyard that has lots of great places dogs love to explore. We have two animal-loving kids, I believe that the more time your dog spends being mentally and physically stimulated, the more tired and happy he will be when he comes home safely to you. You can be confident that your dog will not acquire any bad habits while staying with us. I’ve had dogs all my life and our first family dog, Kiarra, was a beautiful Golden Retriever. I have spent a lot of time volunteering at both the German Shepard Rescue and at the shelter and currently spend a lot of time at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society. I’ve fostered many dogs over the years and ended up adopting a German Shepard/Australian Shepard mix named Sophie. Sophie currently lives with my daughter in college in Florida and is only here during the summer. Schedule a Board & Train during an overnight stay. I will prepare a 30-minute private session customized to your pup's needs! For even more reliable training results, reserve multiple sessions to build an even more reliable behavior. I am a certified dog trainer and graduated from Victoria Stilwell Academy. I also have a Certificate of Dog Foundations from the Karen Pryor Academy. I’ve taken many seminars on dog aggression, Go Click with Ken Ramirez, and Puppy Start Right Kindergarten from the Karen Pryor Academy. I’m currently getting my certification from the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. I also teach puppy kindergarten and manners classes at Getpawsitive. I love to go on hikes and take walks on the beach, so your dog will get lots of exercises. I truly love playing with dogs, challenging them, playing fetch and keeping them engaged during the day.
