Pet care experience
I've had dogs in my life ever since before I can remember. Always having a household of at least 2 dogs at any given time, I learned early on how to care for my furry family, be it walking, feeding, bathing, etc. My experience with dogs is largely of medium to large dog breeds, may of very active natures. Some, but not all breeds I've lived with include: Australian Shepherd, Australian Pointer, Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever, Australian Red Heeler, and Newfoundland. All this to say, I have the knowledge to safely handle most any situation with your pet and the good, caring nature to be their loyal friend, providing nothing less than the care they deserve.

Pierce has a heart for animals and he has firsthand experience with cats, other small mammals, fish, and especially dogs! Until he moved away to pursue college, daily family life included dogs. From birth he grew up with and loved his German Shorthaired Pointers, rescue mixed breeds (Samoyed/Australian Shepherd, Lab/Golden Retriver), Chocolate Lab, and Australian Cattle Dog (ACD). He comes home to dog sit for Mom and Dad when they need to leave town, and takes care of his old Chocolate Lab (whose needs are different now that she has cancer), the high energy ACD, and the family's newest rescue--a 2yr old Mastiff and Newfoundland mix. Pierce has also helped care for his Uncle's Greyhound, a retired racer. Pierce has good intuition and understanding of canine behavior. He is consistent in reinforcing good behavior, and gentle with correction. He understands different energy levels and exercise needs. I highly recommend Pierce to care for pets!

Availability
I'm currently a full-time student, attending an university online, allowing for utmost flexibility. A break from my studies with your furry family more than a welcome to me! And because I can attend university wherever I am, sitting your pets in your own home is less intrusive to schedule, be it for a few hours or for a couple days.
