*Due to Rover fees, I had to increase my service prices. My husband and I just moved back to Washington after being away for 18 years due to part of his being in the military for 20-plus years and living in Arkansas for the past 13 years after he retired. While living in Arkansas for the past 13 years, I have left my mark in Yellville, a small rural town, and started a no-kill animal shelter as there was no shelter in the county, and the shelter is still up and running. At the shelter, I did every job imaginable, from giving shots and medication to bathing and cleaning up after them. This is why I would give your pet the utmost attention when watching your pet(s). I will accept: Pet(s) of any size or weight. Also available for special needs dogs like seniors, blind, deaf, and those that need a little more care. Phyllis was wonderful with all of my dogs, on time and knowledgeable.
Phyllis watched our house and 2 dogs for a few days. She sent us lots of updates and videos while we were on our trip and was very quick to respond whenever we reached out. I was nervous about leaving a stranger in our home but Phyllis is so warm and welcoming and very good with dogs that it gave us peace of mind. SIZE OF ANIMALS: I will watch any size dog or pretty much any temperament as long as it does not try to eat me. EXERCISE: I would be happy to go for a walk to a park or around your neighborhood or play outside with your pet. MEDICATIONS: I'm happy to medicate your dog at no additional charge. Clear instructions and written dosage requirements must be provided. I'm looking forward to making your pup's time away from you a special one! If your pet needs a wash I can do it for a small fee.
A typical day
If the client(s) doesn't mind, I love going for walks or just sitting there cuddling with your animal(s) doesn't matter of the size as I know first hand that big dogs like to be lap dogs too.
