Pet care experience
I love animals & they love me. I communicate and understand them well and happily provide much affection & attention. I've owned 2 wonderful cats and a dog in my life. Great loves that I adored. I miss that relationship yet at this stage in my life I am not ready to recommit as I love to travel. I went to dog obedience school so I appreciate the consistency required to create positive communication and behaviour. I'm a Personal Trainer by profession so being outdoors and taking long walks is easy a personal passion. I have energy, enthusiasm & am available to provide consistent exercise all year round regardless of the season. I live alone, work for myself and am responsible, reliable,confident and very trustworthy.

Hi Phyllis would be superb in taking care of a beloved pet. She has owned both a dog and cats and has always been a responsible caring person both in relation to animals and humans . She had sat my ShitZu and I got him back happy and healthy and probably in better form as Phyllis is an avid walker and in great shape. She keeps a clean non smoking home and lives in a location that lends itself to long walks/runs. I would not hesitate to leave my pet in her care.

It's important that an owner describes carefully and thoroughly their dog's personality, preferences, likes and dislikes with regards to food/eating, walking, people, children etc...as well as any idiosyncrasies specific to their dog that will help me take the best care of their dog while in my care. I really do love all dogs, but to be perfectly honest, I would have trouble with breeds that drool excessively.
A typical day
The Lachine Canal is literally my backyard where there is an abundance of green space for walking and playing. It's a very dog friendly borough. There are many parks in my immediate vicinity including multiple designated Dog Runs in Westmount which is my former neighbourhood just 1km away. I am perfectly bilingual so can communicate to the dog in its language.
