I am so thankful to have found Phyllis. I am extremely picky who I leave my dog with, as she has some separation anxiety. Phyllis took Allie into her home and gave her so much love and attention even letting Allie sleep between her and her granddaughter on the bed! She fulfilled all of my expectations and more. We will definitely be leaving Allie with Phyllis in the future!

Phyllis was the most outstanding caretaker with whom we have had the pleasure of working. She was very communicative throughout our dog's stay, sending us pictures and text updates. She did an excellent job with our dog, who is somewhat shy, making her feel right at home, taking her on several long walks, trying out different sleeping arrangements, and loving on her throughout her stay. She was incredibly flexible and understanding of our dog's specific needs and our needs as owners, accommodating us when we didn't know in advance our specific drop off or pick up time. We also had a change of plans and had to pick up our dog a day early - Phyllis contacted Rover and helped get us a refund for our last day of booking. I can absolutely recommend Phyllis without hesitation; we will definitely be using her again!
