We work irregular schedules, so we're often home and available for weeks at a time! Between the two of us, your dog will never need alone for more than 2 hours at a time.

Phoebe and Scott are incredible pet caregivers! It’s very clear that they love animals and view them as a member of the family. The thing that makes them so special is their ability to understand that every animal is different, and help anticipate needs to best make the pet feel at ease. I would trust them to care for my pet responsibly any time, they always go above and beyond to make sure that the animal they are interacting with feels loved and comfortable. My dog gets so excited every time she sees them!

We have a spacious apartment with plenty of room for play and relaxation. Gilly also gets several long walks a day, and we live close to Herbert Von King dog park. We can adjust to your pet's needs.

How does your dog interact with other dogs, people, and prey animals? (We'll schedule a meet & greet with my pup to make sure they get along.) Are they reactive to bikes, scooters, or joggers? Do they have reliable "leave it" and "drop it" commands? Do they have any food allergies? What is their usual routine - walks, feeding, activities?
A typical day
We love to play sniff games and do puzzles with dogs to keep their minds busy. We can also take long walks around the neighborhood, through Herbert Von King Park, and even to the dog park of they're into that!

Availability
We both grew up with dogs, and 2 years ago adopted the best little rescue dog around! Despite her awesomeness, our pup Gilly has some health issues, so we have experience with anxiety in dogs, administering medication, and making sure they get all the enrichment and exercise they need! We've spent extensive time working with the trainers at Calm Canine Academy, and the veterinarians at Behavior Vets NYC, and have learned a ton about dog behavior, body language, and positive reinforcement. We're ready to help your dog be as comfortable as possible!
