Pet care experience
Hello, my name is Phoebe! I am a very experienced pet caretaker looking to help take care of your fur babies! I have a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science and have many years of experience with a variety of pets and animals of all shapes and sizes. I have both personal and professional background and training in animal handling and care. I also have volunteered at three animal shelters helping take care of rescue animals, and even had an internship working with exotic species like reptiles and insects. I myself have a dog, two cats, a lizard, and fish, but that’s only to name just a few of the pets I’ve had throughout my life. I currently care for a rambunctious kitten named Chauncey. I love pets and would be thrilled to be able to help take care of yours!

I am an animal scientist so I know just how to safely care for your pet! With my dog I always use a leash or tether in the backyard. I provide my cats with food and fresh water all day and feed my dog twice a day. My cats always stay indoors and aren’t let outside! I will treat your pets the same way that I treat mine- with love and great care!

I’d like to know their temperament and breed beforehand so I can prepare to give them the best care they need. I do prefer smaller dogs, but have also taken care of very large breeds before and don’t have a problem with it. I’d also like to know how well trained they are!
A typical day
I’ll go on long nature walks around the neighborhood with them. We can also play in your backyard if you would like, and play with different toys! I can also help them practice any tricks they’re learning.

I am available nearly any time of the week currently! I do prefer to visit your pets earlier in the day before it is dark out.
