Pet care experience
Hope you and your's are having a good summer thus far! I have experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes, and grew up in a very, very pet-oriented household. Your animals will not be disappointed with my care and neither will you! I have a lot of experience with cats, chickens, and rabbits, so if you have other pets who need some love I am totally available to do that as well. I would be more than happy to take your dogs on hike adventures or curl up with your cat for hours to read.

Phoebe is awesome! My family and I were gone for a week so she stayed in our home and took care of our dog, cat and mouse. She sent me regular updates and was very responsive when I would text. As someone who grew up in a household full of dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, mice, crayfish (yes 1 crayfish), and chickens in the backyard, I possess many skills in animal care. Even more importantly, I am keenly aware of the wide range of demeanors, behaviors, and emotions of animals. This makes me a very considerate and attentive to the animals I care for. I want to make sure to provide your animals with the wide range of care they deserve, including exercise, attention, snuggles, and play.

Please let me know any behavioral quirks, including your dog's reactivity to other dogs or children. I have experience with dog-aggressive and leash-aggressive dogs. Also please let me know if your animal has any specific exercise needs, medical needs, etc.
A typical day
I would love love love to take your dog on a long walk through your neighborhoods and parks, or even on a day hike in one of the beautiful areas around Seattle. I have a car and am more than happy to bring your dog(s) with me on my weekly hikes.

Availability
I am currently a graduate student in Library Science, so I have a variable schedule with lots of room in the mornings and evenings. My shifts on campus are usually no more than 4 hours long, so when dog sitting I can ensure that your dog doesn't have to wait to go out for more than ~ 5 hours. I do not work on weekends, so when booked then can give your pets a lot of my time and attention.
