Pet care experience
Growing up with anywhere from 1-4 dogs by my side at a time, activities like feeding, walking, medicating, and brushing have forever been a part of my routine forever. Attending and working at the SFSPCA summer camp for nearly a decade, reading the behavior of dogs and interacting in a way that is safe and comfortable for both parties became second nature. I enjoyed working for Wag in high school, getting to walk a variety of dogs with a broad range of personalities and requirements.

We left Zuzu our 12-year-old Havanese with Phoebe and she was amazing with Zuzu! We take Zuzu with us everywhere now that she is older and also is in recovery from lymphoma. She is tiny and can't really go up or down the stairs alone anymore and Phoebe was so good to Zuzu! We were nervous, we were not sure how Zuzu would do, but Phoebe sent us photos that showed her outside walking with Zuzu and playing with her toys, it really put our minds at ease. It went so smoothly, we were amazed. Phoebe is so trustworthy and sweet and we would hire her to watch Zuzu again anytime! We highly recommend Phoebe, she was fantastic with Zuzu!

I live very close to the emerald necklace and a variety of parks. I frequently go on walks in an amongst these green areas, and would love a 4-legged friend to come along with me. I am located on the third floor of the building, accessible by stairs. There are no roommates to worry about, and there is a door separating the bedroom and main living area. The flooring is mostly hardwood (I know some friends really don’t like the bare wood).

I am happy to care for your dog with any level of needs! I would love to know everything that makes your companion special, such as any triggers, how they like to sleep, what an average day looks like for them (anything that will create the best experience for your pooch :)
A typical day
I cannot wait to walk your friend around the emerald necklace and around armory pond! There are so many good smells and lots of green space. I have a dog toy and lax balls to play, and would love to play with any toys of preference :)

Availability
I currently am a masters student at Northeastern University and am taking 3 classses, so have a flexible schedule. I am free to board on weekends and weekdays. I am also open to nighttime or afternoon walks after the work day.
