I realized my love of dogs late in life, but I’ve made up for it! I became a full-time rescue volunteer for stray dogs. Within a year, I lovingly fostered more than 61 dogs, and helped every one of them find their forever family. It’s incredibly rewarding work, and dog sitting is another way I can give back to my community through my love of dogs. I have a German Shepherd, Bonnie. Most of the foster dogs have been Formosa Mountain Dogs, a mixed breed from Taiwan. I have fostered more than 60 of them as of April 2023! I've also fostered dogs from Korea and local surrenders, another words, I am very familiar with skittish rescue dogs that needs special attention. My own dog, Bonnie, is loving and playful with my husband and two adult children, Bonnies helps me care for all the dogs in our home. I am home throughout the day working with my own dog, foster dogs as well as my boarding/day care clients, so I get to spend lots of time on loving each dog! I treat every single dog as if it was my own, see for yourself from the 260+ five stars ⭐️ reviews. My house is in Fremont in the Chadbourne Elementary area. When I’m not playing with pooches, I like to cook for my family, take Zumba or Kickboxing classes. I look forward to meeting you and your dog. I would love to become a trusted resource for your family.

We're glad to have Phina to take care of Charcoal. He is happy there.
Phina watched my anxious dog well. He gets an upset tummy when he is nervous and she cooked chicken and rice for him to eat and kept me updated on his health. I trusted her because of her past experiences with anxious dogs and she understood that safety was the number one priority because of how skittish he is. She is very communicative and organized.
It is so nice to have Phina. She loves dog so much. Thanks a lot for the photos!
Phina was fantastic! She provided regular updates and took great care of Kulfi. Kulfi had a lot of fun playing with all the other dogs. When we went to pick her up, she didn’t want to leave which is surely a great sign 🙂 We’ll definitely be bringing Kulfi back here!

Information Phina C. would like to know about your pet
Because I often foster other dogs, I would want to know if the dog is friendly toward other animals. Since we have children, I want to specifically check that your dog doesn’t have any fear or anxiety around kids. I also want to know if they’re up to date on vaccines. In addition to fears, anxieties and triggers, I would want to know what your dog’s favorite activities are! What do they love that will help put them at ease?
A typical day
I walk dogs all day! As a full-time foster dog volunteer, I am accustomed to going on lots of walks around the neighborhood and at the nearby school, where dogs can stretch their legs and play fetch. I also like to give plenty of belly rubs and time cuddling.

Potty break is every three hours outside of the house for 20 minutes supervised. Lots of fun and play. I normally do not walk my dogs outside of my house for safety concerns, but if you would like to specially request for me to walk them, it could be arranged
