I am a single stay at home Pup dad. I do care for two children from the hours of 7am-4pm who are under the age of 10 in the home, but they both have been around dogs and other animals since birth. We also have 3 dogs in our home, 2 small beagle mixes and 1 medium mutt. I have had dogs in my life from the frozen tundra of Alaska to the rolling bluegrass hills of Kentucky. I have had breeds ranging from small to extra large. Dogs are life. There is nothing more to it than that.
