Phil and his lovely wife took great care of our labrador, Sparky. We had a meet and greet prior to boarding so we could all get to know each other and make sure it was the right fit. Phil is an experienced dog owner and he and his wife live in the quiet countryside, a perfect setting for your dogs holiday. We received regular photos and video updates on Sparky's welfare and messages describing the adventures he went on. Sparky almost didn't want to come home! He was clearly very relaxed whilst staying at Phil's home and made friends with other dogs and relatives over the weekend. I cannot recommend Phil and Liz enough! We will definitely be asking them to look after our boy again.

Phil was everything I could have asked for and more when leaving our 8 month old retriever, Jeff, for the first time. He put me at ease and he and his lovely family gave our pup not only excellent care for the day, but what looked like the time of his life! I received videos and photos, and where I'd normally have felt apprehensive with just about anybody else, I didn't worry once, knowing Jeff was in safe hands. Thank you so much to Phil and his family for such peace of mind and for taking such good care of him.
