Phil is extremely responsible and reliable. He is also.very compassionate and loves animals. He has his own dog and takes very good care of him and sincerely loves him like a member of his family.
He’s the best sweetest guy who loves all animals but dogs are his favorite! More important animals love him. This is the perfect extra job for him. Rover is lucky to get him.
