Pet care experience
I’ve always had family pets. We’ve adopted several dogs, young and old, over the years. We currently have two dogs and understand how important it is to feel relaxed when traveling, knowing your furry family is taken care of while away.

Phil and Jenny are caring compassionate individuals. Who treat your pet family member, with the same consideration. My puppy was treated and cared for, as though she was one of their pet family members. I plan to use them in the future!💕
Philip did a great job taking care of our dog Santino. He was extremely receptive to the information we had to share with him, and better yet, asked clarifying questions to ensure all of us were on the same page. His affection towards and knowledge about dogs is as clear as day. We felt extremely confident leaving Santino under his care. He communicated frequently with us while we were away and he kept us posted with photos and video updates. Overall, his service and care for our dog Santino was second to none, and Santino made sure we knew that. Santino just lit up like a Christmas tree when he saw Philip and that’s what sealed the deal for us. Spend some time meeting with Philip if you have dog care needs, you won’t regret it. We will be reaching out to Philip for any future dog sitting needs we will have going forward. Again, thank you Philip!
Phil really loves pets and has been pet sitting our 12 pound poodle for nearly 5 years. She has been in his care for as long as 10 days and as short as an afternoon. She has developed affection for Phil, and grown to consider him family. Phil has demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility in creating a safe and happy environment for our pet. He offers a clean and organized space and is consistent with the feeding schedule. He plays with her outside throwing a ball and when sitting allows her to join him on his sofa and lap. She is always happy to see him and greets him with a wagging tail!!

A typical day
Will keep your dog, active and/or engaged at least twice daily, depending on their routine. Long and short walks around the neighborhood, American River levee, or other local parks. If they like to run, Jenny can take them on her runs usually between 3 to 5 miles. If they like to play fetch with balls or toys, they’ll get plenty of that!

Availability
I am self-employed and work from home. This allows me to be very accommodating when watching your pets and/or home. My wife is an RN and would be able to step in should my schedule not accommodate a particular situation.
