Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs at home since I was 10, and more recently have lived with dogs for the last 4 years. I currently live with my partner and a corgi who we got when he was 3 months old, so I know about the needs of puppies. I love breeds of all sizes and energy levels.

Philip has taken care of my greyhound many times when I've been out of town, and I always know my dog will have friendly, responsible care. Philip also has experience caring for both large dogs and small dogs; he has an adorable corgi that couldn't have a better life!
Philip is a great, caring person and has taken care of my dog numerous times. He loves to interact with her, playing ball and tug of war as well as taking her on walks and cuddling on the couch. Your dog will be in good hands and well cared for if you select Philip as a sitter.

I have a 1st floor, single story apartment with small fenced yard and a long hallway that’s great for throwing and fetching toys. In our home, the dog is allowed on the couch and the bed, and is comfortable sleeping in- or out- of the crate. We generally feed our pup at 8am and 7pm, and he gets taken out about 4x per day. We live in a great neighborhood and go on walks a few days per week.

A typical day
I love walking through the pretty neighborhoods of the Central West End. I’m a runner, so if the dog is up for it I like to sprint down the block with dogs to help get some energy out.

Availability
I currently am a medical student with a pretty flexible course schedule, and don’t have any long-standing weekend commitments. Between my partner and my work schedules, there is rarely a period of time longer than 4 hours where nobody is home, and we frequently have one or both of us work from home all day. We also live a 7 minute bike ride from work, so can easily come home more frequently if necessary.
