When I came to decide to enjoy all the beauty of the outer cape, I was left with a dilemma. Can I bring my beloved dog? Some places allowed pets or children, some didn't (which is completely understanding). This limited the where I could choose to stay or limited my making it to these sites all together. Having grown up and maintaining roots in NJ, sure there are plenty of people or places I could maybe trust to be with my dog. However, the whole point of the vacation is to be with my dog at least in some capacity. Seeing this need I created a balance. A place on the outer cape where dogs can be dogs, enjoy the fresh air and energy that 50 miles out in the atlantic ocean gets you. Interact safely with other dogs, while enjoying fun games and walks campfires and bbq. And dog friendly beaches for sunset; of course. All safely cared for by the most professional translators of the east coast. Phil Macdonald CPDT

Phil was great with my dog. He communicated regularly and kept me updated with pictures. He cared to learn about the rules and routines we have in place and gave my dog lots of love and attention. Will definitely use Phil again!
I would highly recommend Phil for dog boarding. He looked after our dog for 5 days and kept us updated everyday with pictures and videos. He took Cooper on long walks and little adventures. He was extremely flexible dropping our dog off at our house and was able to easily add another night when we needed it. We will definitely contact Phil in the future with any boarding needs.

Bleu’s stay with Phil was great! He came home happy and healthy and a bit spoiled after his visit, which is great for him! Phil constantly updated us during the 4 days Bleu stayed with him, which gave us a window into how Bleu was doing and also provided much needed peace of mind in leaving him while we were away. Being deaf from birth, Bleu is a bit different than other dogs Phil might normally handle, but he had no problem and overall provided a wonderful place for Bleu to stay. I highly recommend Phil...he truly has a love for the dogs he cares for.
