Safe and Loving Home for Small Dogs

I live in Columbia and l would love to take care of your dog while you are away! I love having dogs around me...they are the best companions. I also understand how difficult it is when you have to leave them for a little while (going to work) or for a longer while (vacation). This is where I come in. I am a trustworthy, experienced and caring dog lover, and your dog will have a safe, loving and fun stay at my house. My husband and I live in a great neighborhood with many walking paths and parks. We have a safe fenced-in backyard and our house is smoke free, cleaned with non-toxic products, and no pesticides ever applied to our yard. We have a small rescue dog named Willie. Willie is very friendly and enjoys doggie company. He is very good at adjusting to the needs of doggie guests - he plays with dogs that enjoy playing, but if a dog is older or just wants to relax - he immediately understands. He has very good "doggy manners." :) I also understand the challenges of older and special needs dogs, since I cared for a diabetic dog, and a blind dog for many years. So please be assured that if you have a geriatric or a dog with health issues that they will be well taken care of. Do not worry! I can provide veterinary references upon request. We are home during the day and will provide plenty of attention, love, daily walks, playtime, naps and cuddles. I guarantee that your fur kid will have a wonderful and safe time under my watch! I send frequent updates and pictures while you are away so you will always know how things are going and be assured that your dog is content and happy! Thank you for your consideration. My experience administering medication I am comfortable with administering medication, i.e. pills, eye drops etc. I have cared for a diabetic dog who required daily insulin injections for many years.

Here's where we'll take our walks There are miles and miles of safe walking paths in my neighborhood perfect for exploring. I will walk your dog daily (unless you specify otherwise). Your dog's sleeping arrangement My dogs' preferred sleeping spots are on the couch, in the bed, or in one of the dog beds in the living or our bed room. Your dog will have his/her pick of where to sleep. If your dog has a preferred bed, please bring it for the visit. Time I'll spend with your dog I am home most of the day, so there will be walks, play time and cuddles throughout the day.
