Pet care experience
I am a very reliable, trustworthy person. I am a retired plumber, father of two, and grandfather of 3. I had dogs growing up, and love all animals. Dogs love me! I pay attention to all the details and personality of each dog. I have been helping my daughter Harmony with her dog sitting service on Rover for two years and have enjoyed getting to know all the dogs and spend time with them. It has been a great experience and I would like to do it more. I also have extensive experience caring for birds, chickens, rodents, rabbits, reptiles, fish, and all sorts of exotic pets that we have had as a family over the years.

Peter did an excellent job caring for my spoiled dog, two cats, three chincillas, rabbit, turtle, tortoise, goldfish, and 5 chickens! It's not a small task, but he followed all the instructions to the letter, and everyone looked happy and healthy when we got home. I will use Peter again and recommend him highly.
Peter is an avid animal lover. He is the guy who knows the names and personalities of all the pets in the neighborhood. He has been dog sitting for his next door neighbors for at least 15 years. You won't know him for long before hearing stories of his childhood pets, both exotic and common, with smile crinkles at the corners of his eyes. He fostered a love of animals and nature in his own kids and has been their faithful pet sitter/pet grandpa for all of their adult adventures that take them away from home.
Peter is my dad. I have been a Rover sitter myself for two years, and my dad has been a wonderful help with the dogs and my other pets. He is my go to pet sitter, and I have quite a menagerie, dog, cats, rabbits, chinchillas, chickens, fish, and turtles! My dad is a very reliable person, he is punctual, responsible, and pays attention to detail. I've watched him enjoy getting to know all the fun dog personalities of my doggy clients, and I highly recommend him as a pet sitter.
