Pet care experience
We’ve had pets for over 20 years. One of us used to also pet sit as a side job. Because we are currently traveling on and off, we don’t have our own pets now but love to spend time with all animals. For the past three years, we’ve fostered dogs for a local NH animal shelter. We have experience with animals (our own and fosters) who have required medications and special care. We love to take the dogs for walks, and if they’re able, local hikes. We are home for most of the day.

We just can’t say enough great things about Peter and his care for our dog while we were away on vacation. He listened to us, really wanting to understand how best to connect with our skittish but super sweet pup and he bonded really quickly with him that gave us such peace of mind while we were away. Peter sent daily updates with photos and videos so we could see just how great everything was going. We have another trip planned for later in the year and have already booked Peter and Sarah because they are the best!
Peter & Sarah were great! We dropped my 95 lb Bernese and my 10 lb chihuahua off with them for six nights; My dogs are very… attached to me. So it’s always a concern. Peter’s space was welcoming, bright, clean, dog friendly, and he has a nice neighborhood to walk the dogs. He sent me photos of them daily and they always were out and about. He even had to deal with one of my dogs having a little stomach issue - which he communicated with me about but was able to deal with. The dogs looked happy and healthy when I picked them up. And I’d recommend them to anyone who wants to head out of town, without worry about their pets being taken care of! It’s hard to find someone to do care for your pups without a ton of other animals around - and these guys were able to offer that!
Peter and Sarah were absolutely amazing with our big Newfie Bear! They took great care of him, brought him on many walks which he loves and we could tell since he slept all the way home! If you ever need pet sitting while in the White Mountains, I highly recommend Peter and Sarah!!
Peter and Sarah are very knowledgeable and companionate people. They have a ton of experience working with all dogs. They took care of my large dog and brought him to two parks. Cannot ask for kinder better people to watch your pet!

If you have a fenced yard we would be happy to run your dog in your familiar yard off leash or at a familiar dog park. We have a crate available for pups who prefer or require crating at night or when left alone briefly. We often drive to local fields, parks, rivers and other locations for walks.
