Pet care experience
I have always loved animals, from a very early age. I was raised caring for both dogs and cats of many different breeds. I have worked in customer service for 16 years and love helping people. I enjoy helping even more, when it involves our furry friends. My job involves a lot of driving around this area, making it easy for me to drop in every couple of hours,to let the dogs out for a potty break.
Reviews
Our three dogs have loved staying with Peter for almost a year and a half. As soon as we open the car door, they forget we exist. Peter sends plenty of pictures to let us know how the dogs are doing and what they’re doing. They always come home happy and tired.
Peter kept my 3 dogs for almost a week while I went on vacation, and I could not be happier with his service! The dogs were so well taken care of, and I loved all the pictures I received! Thank you, Peter!
Thanks Peter! Our pups are always happy to come stay with you
I always try to leave Rocket with Peter! He's always my first choice! I know Rocket loves the fenced in yard and Peter's sweet dog, Reese. Peter is trustworthy, dependable, and so easy going! I'm over- the- moon everytime that Rocket gets to stay here! Thank you so much, Peter! And to anyone who is unsure about who to trust with your dog, this is the place! Book him and you will not regret it!!!!

Information Peter G. would like to know about your pet
We will look after any breed and any size dog. We just ask that your pup be up to date on shots, heart worm meds and dewormed if worms have been noticed. Your dog should also be non aggressive with other dogs. We have had several dogs with small problems such as, deaf, blind, nervousness, not house trained or weak bowls and needing diapers, protective/ aggressive with food, separation anxiety and more, we can deal with this, but do need to know from you, not left to find out for ourselves.
A typical day
We often take out our boy Reese, to some nearby fenced in fields, so he can run free, without fear of losing him, we will take your baby with us, if you agree to this, we have not lost any one by doing this and all pups have a great time and get lots of exercise. In our home, we have a fenced in back yard, we leave the door open when weather permits so our guests can run in and out at will. We do have a inground pool, so we do watch for the occasional accident, we have had a few pups who enjoy a nice swim and that's ok, but we have also had a couple either fall in or bumped in and did not enjoy it, they are quickly fished out and dried off.

Availability
I work full time Monday - Friday, but I am driving around the west Columbia and Lexington area,so it is possible for me to stop at home every 2-3 hours, check on the dogs and give them a potty break outside.I cannot provide 24/7 care so if your pup can’t be left alone(with other dogs or at least just my own boy Reese) then I am not suitable for your dogs needs. However if your dog can be left unsupervised for short periods with other dogs or in its own room, or crated if you provide the crate, then I will be happy to care for your pet.
