Hi, I’m Peter, and I hope you are having a great day. There have been dogs in my family since the day I was born all the way through the day I flew from the nest. I started watching/taking other dogs at a young age and have continued to do so ever since. My love and interest in dogs lead me to become a K9 handler in the United States Marine Corps. Not only was I fortunate enough to be a handler but I now train Military Working Dogs as well! I have worked with a wide variety of dogs and have a great understanding of what they need to be happy and healthy. I will happily take care of all types of breeds and ages.

This was our first time using a dog sitter for Harley, our Boxer/Pit mix, and we could not have gotten a better sitter! Peter’s skills as a dog handler are extraordinary. He kept us posted daily and sent pics of Harley having fun. He is also professional with a very pleasant personality. His love for dogs is extremely evident. We will definitely continue to use Peter in the future to care for Harley, and possibly hire him to do some training with her. Excellent job Peter, and thank you for your service to our country! We appreciate you!

I have a very well trained pup that goes with me everywhere! He will keep your pups busy with play time and well deserved naps afterwards. I have a fenced in yard for the dogs to enjoy a playful day, and about 7 acres of open space behind my house I will take the pups to so they may enjoy the outdoors! When I am at work the pups will be kenneled. This assures me that the dogs are safe while I’m gone and I can come home to happy dogs that are ready to play again. I have a home that is kept clean and safe for dogs to enjoy. I have worked with a multitude of breeds and ages, and I have thorough k9 first aid training.

Requested information: I would like to know some basics about your dog, things like if they are aggressive towards other dogs or people, separation anxiety, are they good in a crate, things like that. If they have any medication I need to give or any current/previous injuries I need to be aware of. I am more than willing to work with the owner and the pup when it comes to requests or required care. Just let me know and we’ll get something figured out! P.S. I also want to know the good things too, I just like to be aware of any safety concerns to ensure a safe and fun stay.
A typical day
The pups will get fun socialization, and ample time to run around. I have a myriad of toys here but if your dog has a favorite, make sure to bring it and I’ll use it to engage with your pup.

I am active duty so I work during the week. I do have a flexible schedule and can accommodate the needs of you and your pup. If there’s something your dog needs, I can make it happen.
