A special day out for your dog
Pet care experience
We specialise in giving your dog a great day. Our customers always comment on how happy and tired their dogs are after a day with us and we have several repeat bookings for our furry friends. We welcome dogs for a one off visit or a regular booking (ie same day(s) each week. We can also offer individual dog walks to houses local to us. We live close to the station, ideal for any commuters dropping before dashing for the train, and also two minutes from the Mount overlooking Guildford. The Mount is open grassland and car free area. It is perfect for our walks, allowing your dog off lead should you wish. We are a family of four, and your pet will be well looked after by my whole family. They will be entertained, worn out and happy by the time you collect them. We have looked after and walked dogs for friends and family for years, and our Rover reviews speak for themselves. We always send photo updates via the Rover app or through whatsapp when requested.

She loved you instantly and clearly had the best day out, I could barely make her walk with me on Saturday - she was so snoozy after her adventures! Pete and Stacey were awesome. They were super flexible on pick up and drop off and sent lots of picture’s throughout the day. Woody loved playing on the mount and getting to be apart of the school run. Would love to use them again. The location is perfect for commuting too!!!
Cosmos is really well cared for with Pete and his family, a real home from home for her and gave me total peace of mind she’s in good hands. We got regular updates on her activity as well as lovely pics of her playing and relaxing with the family. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to other dog owners in the area!
Pete and his lovely family looked after my puppy for a long weekend, and I received regular updates/photos, which were hugely reassuring. They kept the requested daily routine, including walks, feeding time and grooming, and made sure that Ivy was happy and comfortable whilst staying with them. If your dog is very nervous or struggles with other dog interactions, we can, if you prefer, focus our walks on areas where we would be unlikely to meet other dogs. We have had reactive dogs stay with us before and can care for them depending on their needs.

A typical day
I work from home most days and my wife works from home every day. Dogs love our garden, and we can do as many potty breaks as needed.

Availability
A typical day with us would include at least two decent walks most likely up on the Mount or on the North Downs way, maybe even a 3rd on the school run. Lots of interaction and play especially with our boys but also with us. They are free to stay downstairs or stay with us by our desks upstairs. Generally, they will be part of the family. Favourite walks round us include - Onslow Arboretum and Rec, The Mount, Surrey University campus and Lake and the River Wey.
