Pet care experience
I'm such an animal person! I've had animals around me my entire life and I've been personally taking care of them since I got my first Jack Russell terrier at 8 years old! A good heart and a child like love for the world makes me the best animal companion, I love long walks and energetic play time :) My best friend is an animal groomer so I have had the luxury of spending ample time with animals at one of their lowest points - it's always so much fun getting them to cheer up during the process. I've had friends and family rely on me to care for their pets for years and when there's a party you know you'll find me talking to the furry creature in the house. I know that after a long stressful day I just need to snuggle one of my 6 animals and it all melts away. I've had plenty of experience with geriatric animals and would like to increase my puppy training knowledge. I have received both Covid-19 vaccine shots but no boosters as of yet. I do my best to ensure safe distancing and practices. If you prefer I can wear gloves where applicable during the entering and exiting of your home and touching of door knobs and any areas within the home (where applicable). I do not wear a mask unless asked by clients to wear one within their home for drop-in's or walking pickup and drop-offs.

Persephone checked on my two German shepherds during Christmas. She made sure they both got a walk, water, and food. She was very accommodating, and took them out one by one and even played ball with maverick. She wanted to do best by the dogs and asked if there was any way to calm baileys anxiety. She was so sweet with them. Would book her again any day. She alleviated so much worry on us knowing our dogs were well taken care of 🤍
Persephone was great. She had great communication and was very professional. Our home was left in perfect condition. Most importantly our little pooch was well cared for. We have already booked her again!
I originally found Persephone on Kijiji. I was thinking of getting a puppy, and wanted to know more about her services. She was extremely helpful and very personable. I ended up getting a puppy, and needed care very last minute one day. I of course reached out to Persephone, and she was able to accommodate my needs for my pup. I was so impressed. I think it was one day notice, and she was able to help and walk my pup Lilly. With the time constraints on my end, I wasn’t able to do a meet and greet. She was so friendly, and helpful over text I left her a key for my house outside to let out my precious pup. Fast forward to now, I have my pup walked on a weekly basis. I am so beyond happy with the service and care from Persephone ! Still to this day, we have never met, and she has a key to my house and is trusted with my pup. That has to be a testament to how amazing she is!
This was a last minute booking request and Persephone came through! She still slid in a a previsit too. A great success!! Thanks so much

A typical day
I love to see to stimulate myself and your animals! We will play a bunch of games, spend a lot of time getting to know eachother! They will get the opportunity to go on a sniff lead walk because sniff lead walks are rewarding! We are large fans of a sniffari adventure and are one to bring our the long line for a more exciting walk
