Fun active dog lover!
Pet care experience
I have been around pets my entire life! Dogs, cats, birds, fish… everything! My partner and I lost our 15 year old Pom in 2020. In he’s late years he had dietary restrictions and meds that we would have to administer. I’m very comfortable with caring for older pets and accommodating them however that may be. After he passed I turned in to a personal pet sitter for friends and family, I’ve cared for small malteses pups to Rhodesian Ridgebacks. We recently just add a rambunctious and active little puppy beagle to my life, his name is Ernesto. Ernie (we call him that for short) has reminded me how much work puppies can be, he’s very active and demands tons of attention.

I love to play with pets and keep them entertained. Taking them for walks, hikes, playing ball whatever the love to do! I also understand that some older pups my want to just lounge which I can do too! I have a fully fenced backyard that is ran by Ernesto. He is very active and can annoy older pups sometimes. On the ladder side he is super entertaining and always a hit with younger pups!

Please let me know if your pup has any special dietary needs or allergies. I like to know how they do with other dogs and people. If I should avoid big crowds or dog parks. Their energy level so I can prepare to keep up or slow down and match their energy. I also like to know about any behavioral issues you maybe working on. I love to reward and give treats so any tricks I can help them learn or reward.
A typical day
I like to take pups on walks in downtown Spokane or other fun areas and neighborhoods in Spokane. I love to visit dog parks if you pups in good with that. I also love to hike, so I’ll often head out in liberty lake or Mt Spokane of some fresh air. I do have a fenced backyard and a comfy couch for more loungey pets.

Availability
Currently I’m a student at SCC for Radiology Technology, so I’m available in the evening after class and clinical. Open on the weekends. I can be flexible.
