I'm Phillip, a PhD student and professional dog lover. I've had a love of animals ever since I was little, and I've been a long time Humane Society volunteer. Currently, I’m the proud pup parent of Lily, a little beagle mix and Yeti, a long hair chihuahua. I love playful dogs of all shapes and sizes; I’ve worked with the biggest of the big all the way down to 4 lb teacup pups. Whether your dog needs a walk, a sitting, or just a really good belly rub, I’m the guy for the job! As a student, my time is flexible, especially during the summer. That gives me plenty of time to focus on your pet and allows me to be available when you need me. When I’m spending time in someone else’s home, I treat it with the utmost respect. That means that not only will I do my best to not leave a mess behind, but I also ensure that your pet won’t leave a mess either! For house sitting and drop-ins, I’m also willing to take out trash, water plants, collect mail, etc. for no extra charge. My schedule is extremely flexible, especially during the summer months. I’m also a morning person, which I find is good for some dogs. In most cases, I’m happy to make my schedule work to fit yours. When I’m at a client’s home, I take extra precautions to make sure that everything is secure, from the doors to any gates, to the dog themself. When I arrive, I always take a minute or two to get familiar with the house and neighborhood. I also closely adhere to any of the client’s instructions.
