Pet care experience
I have taken care of pets for local College Station families for more than 5 years, including feeding, playtime, baths, giving medication, and potty breaks. My family has owned dogs, cats, snakes, hamsters, fish, and other kinds of pets that I grew up taking care of since I was 10, and I have grown to love all kinds of animals through my experience. I was also a caretaker for show cattle for about 4 years, which included training, bathing, cleaning, grooming, and feeding on a daily basis. I have more than 4 years of experience caring for and loving all kinds of animals, no matter how big or small!

Payton has always been a very calm, patient and caring when dealing with animals. She was in 4H while attending high-school and learned a great deal of knowledge about handing livestock and pets. She is respectful, responsible and punctual when she has a schedule to keep or she has committed her time.

I live in a larger apartment unit with one roommate that will not be home often this summer, leaving plenty of room for your pets to roam for a while, and my backyard opens to a stretch of undeveloped land with no vehicle traffic. I prefer to keep all animals on a leash unless we have a fence surrounding us or by owner's request. There is also a "park" in my complex that animals can run and play on, though it is not often occupied by other animals.

A typical day
I love playing and being active with dogs inside, or outside under the sun! I love to take dogs on walks and spend time with them outside where they can stretch out and play for a while.

Availability
I am a student at Texas A&M University, however my schedule is currently flexible and I am available virtually anytime during the week/weekend. I will be taking 1-2 summer courses, however this will not hinder me from helping families with their pets in any way. I have no plans to leave town this summer so my schedule is open.
