When we met Payton she seemed lovely, however, we were wrong. The first night Payton stayed over our outdoor camera picked up her boyfriend coming over while she was dog sitting. This would have been fine, but she never checked in or asked permission. Our inside camera then picked up her saying how “stupid” it was to leave the tv on for the dog per our rules. The boyfriend brought over booze the first night and we noticed our alcohol had been drank. Once again not a big deal, but I don’t want you and your boyfriend sloshed in my home. The second day we noted on camera, that Payton did not open a blind like we had asked and left in the notes. Her boyfriend came over again the second night without permission and more booze. On the outside camera it sounded as those she had locked Ollie outside or in a room so he would not jump on the boyfriend. We do not know how long he was left there. When arriving home on the third day Payton had left before we arrived home. She had made a mess in the kitchen and not cleaned up after herself. Later that day I noted one of my books was obviously missing from the bookshelf. I then found it hidden among the other books, it had been chewed on the corner like Ollie had gotten it. I texted her asking about the book and she never responded. Overall, bad experience with Payton and will not be using her again. She is irresponsible, disrespectful of your space, and untrustworthy.

Payton came over every evening for a drop in visit and sent cute photos of our kitty. She is a very reliable sitter.
