Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was young and I was not afraid to feed and cure strays, even if they had potential diseases. I am not afraid of anxious or aggressive animals. I have also worked with exotic animals such as snakes, lizards, and birds. I know how to administer vaccines, oral medications, and how to bathe and properly remove fleas and ticks from infected animals. I am gaining experience to attend veterinary school and am not afraid of tending and caring for injured pets.

I would not hesitate to book Paula again (which I intend on doing). Both my dogs (Cleo, 5 y/o; and Tigger, 1.5 y/o)(both are Lab/Pit mix - so neither is a small dog). Both dogs can get an attitude when their "Mom & Dad" disappear for a day or longer and shred the mail, magazines and Puffs (which they did this time). Paula was a trooper to clean up these messes and to also handle a request to help with the water level in the swimming pool. Again, I highly recommend Paula
Paula was a fantastic pet sitter for my pets over the weekend. She is responsible, kind, reliable, and trustworthy - all things I believe an excellent pet sitter should have. She sent me updates (with photos), followed all instructions, and kept the house totally clean while I was away. She is phenomenal and I would highly recommend her for all pet/house sitting services.
Paula was great! Mamba and Prince loved her. She is very respectful and professional and was very loving to my puppies!

I have a fenced in yard with tall walls (even for the most skilled jumper) where your pet will be allowed to roam, but also have crates and secured rooms with AC/heater where they will be safe for the day.

It's important to know how a dog reacts to other people walking near us, other animals, vehicles, and loud noises. This will allow me to find the appropriate place for your pet to enjoy their walk and relax.
A typical day
I enjoy taking dogs for hikes or for walks on the city trails where they can be stimulated. I also have treat puzzles and will teach them tricks when time allows.
